| this is really an address book, but it stresses the phone number.
The document is thirty pages long, with a table on each page. The top row of the table is formatted for 80 point Verdana, and
the name and phone number goes in this rows below, where the city, state, zip, and cell can be entered are formatted in 36 point Verdana.
, This is primarily a tool to be used by rehab teachers in creating large-print phonebook/address books for their clients. Firstly, you should save the file on your hard drive and then load it into Word. Once it is in, set your page size, by changing the percent(in the standard toolbar at top of screen) from 100 to 25. Isn't it neat how you can now see a bunch of pages? Note that on the first page, I have put bogus information. Now, before you type in the information for your clients, make sure you have the names ordered the way you want -- alphabetically or otherwise. To get the phonebook, click HERE with your left mousebutton, or you can right-click the link and save the file on your hard drive. If you plan to print this for your client, I suggest that you save it to your hard drive and then load it into Word, for better printing success. |
