At Karen Olsen's suggestion I created a large-print address book in Microsoft word.
The largest font I could use and still fit two addresses per page (landscape style), is 30 point font.
I made the last page with 60 point font, but as I said, only one address will fit per page. To obtain the address book,

with your left mousebutton, or you can right-click the link and save the
file on your hard drive. If you plan to print this for your client, I suggest that
you save it to your hard drive and then load it into Word, for better printing success.
